Equinavia gives US customers who purchased from equinavia.com 30 days from the receiving date to return for a refund or to exchange for a different size.
Please note that Equinavia is unable to accept a return or exchange for any items classified as:
Soiled or customer damaged
Part of a promotion (BOGO, coupon code, free gift, etc)
Due to expensive customs duties, we are also unable to accept returns from international orders.
Before you return or exchange any item, complete the online return form below. Returns and exchanges are authorized at Equinavia’s discretion. If you qualify within the continental USA and your order is at least $75 before tax, we’ll send you a prepaid FedEx return label via email. Attach this to the package you will use to send the item(s) back to us, and drop it off at the nearest FedEx location.
The returned item needs to be in the same condition as it left our warehouse and in the factory packaging. You can use any box or package to hold the item(s) sent back to us.
If you are approved for a return or exchange but do not qualify for a prepaid label, you may instead use your carrier of choice to return the item to us. Address the package to:

The return process may take up to 3 business days to be completed after the returned package is received by Equinavia.
Exchanges are allowed for a different size of the same product. Equinavia does not allow exchanges for another color or product. If Equinavia is unable to provide the size you request, you will be offered a comparable product or a refund. We will cover the cost of the return, once per order over $75 with eligible items, within the continental USA. If you ask for additional exchanges after the first, you will have to pay for the return shipping costs.
If products are damaged, faulty or incomplete upon delivery, you are eligible to receive a replacement at no additional cost to you. If the defective item was used, please have the item washed before you send it back to Equinavia.

Lost Return & Exchanged Orders and Unclaimed Orders
If your return or exchange shipment gets lost when being sent back to Equinavia, you may be compensated only if you provide the postal tracking number.
