Exchange and Refund Eligibility

Equinavia gives customers who purchased from 30 days from the receiving date to get a refund or exchange your item. Equinavia is unable to provide a return for any items classified as:

  • Soiled
  • Damaged
  • Customized
  • Discounted Sale
  • Discontinued
  • BOGO or Half Off
  • Free Gift

Return Process

Before you return any item, complete the Return Authorization form below. Returns are authorized at Equinavia’s discretion. If you qualify within the continental USA, we’ll send you a prepaid return label. The prepaid label provided means that your return has been approved.

The return item needs to be in the same condition as it left our warehouse and in the factory packaging. You can use any box or package to hold the item(s) sent back to us. Send the item(s) together with the form to:

The return process takes 2–3 business days to be completed after the returned package is received by Equinavia.


Exchanges are allowed for size. Equinavia does not allow exchanges for another color or product. If Equinavia is unable to provide the size you require, you will be offered a comparable product or a refund. We will cover the cost of the return, once per order, within the continental USA. If you ask for further exchanges, you will have to cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds and Claims

You have the right to obtain a refund when products have been found to be damaged, faulty or incomplete upon delivery. If the item was used, please have the item washed before you send the item back to Equinavia. We reserve the right to have minor variations in product colors and details. If you have any doubts regarding these details, we advise you to contact Equinavia’s Customer Service before placing an order. Minor product detail differences and slight changes in color will not justify a claim. The quality of the product in relation to the price that was paid at the time of a claim, will determine whether a worn-out product is eligible for refund.

Lost Return & Exchanged Orders and Unclaimed Orders

If your return or exchange shipment gets lost when being sent back to Equinavia, you may only be compensated if you provide the postal tracking number.
