This warranty, effective from the date of purchase, offers you peace of mind and protection for your investment in an Equinavia Thunder 360 or Arktis Turnout

What's Covered Under the Equinavia Warranty?

If your Equinavia Thunder 360 or Arktis Turnout experiences a fault in the outer shell fabric, waterproofness, breathability of the outer fabric, or any other materials or workmanship issue within 3 years of your purchase, we've got you covered. Equinavia will, at our discretion, either repair or replace your Turnout at no cost to you. (Please note that shipping and handling fees apply.)

Available Across North America

Our Equinavia Warranty applies exclusively to the Equinavia Thunder 360 or Arktis Turnout purchased and returned within North America. Please refer to our General Warranty in the General Policies section for other products a.

What's Not Covered?

While we stand behind the quality of our products, there are certain situations not covered by the Equinavia Warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage, negligence, or neglect
  • Use of the Turnout Blanket in ways other than intended for equine protective use outdoors
  • Use of non-recommended parts or accessories
  • Repairs or alterations by third parties not endorsed by Equinavia
  • Turnout Blanket fit on a particular horse
  • Improper laundering of your Equinavia Turnout Blanket
  • Associated transport costs

To expedite your claim, please include a picture of the original purchase receipt and a photo of the Equinavia Thunder 360 or Arktis Turnout. Our Customer Service team may request the return of the blanket if necessary.
